FREE (or really cheap) THINGS TO DO THIS WEEK pt. 4

School is out for Winter Break (I can almost hear your screams from here!)  so it is crucial to find some things to do with your kids.  Here is a run down of some free activities for the whole family.  And I apologize for a short list this week!  I have been traveling and trying to stay sane while riding in the car 4 hours each way with two small children.  If I come up with more things I will certainly pass them along!  


Family Staycation at the JCC
Dec 24th, 12:00 - 2:00

Bring the whole family and enjoy games, music, food, and fun.  There is a charge of $5 for your passport to this lovely staycation.


Imaginon
There are lots of activities going on at Imaginon over the break.


Dec 22nd:
11:00 Make an ornament
2:00  Cocoa cones...kids can make this sweet treat for family and friends (ages 12-18)
3:00 Holiday storytime


Dec 23rd:
All day-  Make and take holiday crafts (ages 12-18)
10:30- Storytime (ages 0-3)
1:00 Movie madness- Family friendly movie
3:00 Holiday storytime

Ballantyne Resort
Through Dec 26th
Bring the kiddies to see a village of gingerbread houses.  Admission is free for everyone but if you want to vote for your favorite house, $1 is the minimum donation.  You may want to cough up more than a buck though since all proceeds go to the Levine Children's Hospital.
