FREE THINGS TO DO THIS WEEK 3/8-3/14

*Although I am continuing to label these posts FREE I understand that there are some costs involved for some of the events I suggest.  I still try to include free things but some are too good not to mention.


Mint Museum (Randolph)

Families can drop in and get creative in the art studio! 


Exciting thing going on at Monkey Joe's (Park Rd. location)...
Starting March 17th, there will be craft time every Thursday morning at 11:00am!  This will be included in the price of admission.


March 12th and 13th:  Mardi Gras party all day
All the jumps will be decorated in Mardi Gras theme and a face painter will be in attendance.  Kids are encouraged to dress up with masks and beads.

Totem by Cirque Du Soleil
Located at the Charlotte Motor Speedway from March 5th - 20th.  Totem is a fantastic journey through the human species.  It is like the circus for grown-ups but your kids will love it too.  For ticket information click here.
**We went to this and it was awesome!  We went without kids but my 4 year old would have loved it.
