Help Paint a Mural
Jan 29th and Feb 5th, 10:00 - 12:00
This great coffee shop/gallery is hosting a one-of-a-kind event for kids.  Artist, Carlleena Person will be painting an giraffe mural and kids can add their handprints!  While the kids paint you can browse the jewelry, paintings, desserts, and coffee.

A swashbuckling musical based on the award-winning book by Carolina native, Melinda Long.  Best suited for elementary ages.

Drop in anytime for some self-directed, pirate-themed activities (in reference to "How I Became a Pirate")

Wing Haven (Myers Park)

Although this activity is not free it is pretty cheap and the kids will love it.  Wing haven is a beautiful garden and bird sanctuary located in Myers park and it is offering a great children's class this week.  Kids get to learn about nesting season and make a birdhouse to take home.  All materials provided. Harris YMCA (Southpark)

4th & 5th grade fun night

Cost $5 members, $7 guests *Check website for details on drop off, pick up, and dress code.

A safe and fun place for 4th and 5th graders to hang out, play games, listen to music, and get away from mom and dad for a little while!
